Delivery and supply of equipment
We deliver equipment throughout Kazakhstan and to other countries by agreement.
Delivery conditions:

For orders over 20,000 tenge, delivery is discussed individually;

For orders under 20,000 tenge, delivery costs are calculated based on our logistics partners’ rates.
We aim to ship orders within 4–5 business days, though it may take 10–15 business days for western regions. Our logistics partners are Jet Logistic and Avis.
During periods of high demand, import delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible and notify customers in advance of any potential delays.
If goods are returned under warranty or due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, we cover the return shipping costs.
Provider of Shipping
Our shipping partners are Jet Logistic and Avis. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee any particular delivery date. Jet Logistic and Avis will send you an email or text message with details on your delivery.
We will try our best to notify you if the supply of your goods or services is delayed or blocked for uncontrollable reasons (such as shortages of materials, delayed imports, or higher than expected demand), but we will not be held responsible for the failure or delay.
Returns
We will pay for postage if you are returning an item for a warranty repair or because it is defective.
The cost of return shipping must be paid by the buyer if they decide to return an unused item for any reason.
