Introducing the EK Omnia

With its array of innovations, the EK Omnia grinder is an essential tool in high-demand, high-expectation environments. Library Mode is a novel technological innovation that lets users save their favorite grinding recipes, complete with annotations for the target coffee grams and bean name. When used in conjunction with the volumetric hopper* Pre-Dosing Unit (PDU), EK Omnia automatically adapts to the precise burr distance in microns and grind time specified in the recipe. The powerful and user-friendly interface of the front-facing LED screen allows for incredibly accurate micro-adjustments of the grind size.

Micron-level grind size parameters and volumetric dosage are smoothly integrated with saved grinding recipes. There is no need for speculation or reliance on arbitrary knobs thanks to the grind size, which is precisely determined in real-time using micron distance. The moment a recipe is chosen, the grinder quickly adjusts the pre-dosing unit and burr distance to exactly match the selected parameters.
